We are a third-wave coffee shop dedicated to the art of micro-roasting, sourcing our beans ethically from around the world. All of our coffee is roasted in small quantities to ensure freshness and quality, our guests enjoy coffee that is just days off the roaster—unlike many other coffee shops where beans may sit for weeks before being brewed. By roasting on-site, we can guarantee that our coffee is as fresh as possible, allowing guests to experience the full spectrum of flavors unique to each bean.

Time to Rest then Enjoy !

After roasting our single origin coffee in small batches, we allow the beans to rest for a minimum of 48 hours. This crucial step gives the coffee time to de-gas, releasing the trapped gases from the roasting process. By letting the beans breathe, we ensure they reach their full flavor potential. Once this resting period is complete, we offer the coffee to our guests, allowing them to experience the full depth and richness of its taste.

Meet the Founders.

Crux Coffee Roasters was founded in 2015 by husband and wife, Daniel and Victoria Rudden, in the Abacoa neighborhood of Jupiter, Florida. Frustrated by the lack of quality coffee options, they began roasting beans at home as a hobby. After getting married, they turned their passion into a business, opening Crux on April 6, 2016. Committed to roasting their own coffee and delivering top-tier quality, they quickly became a local favorite, offering over ten single-origin coffees, expertly crafted espresso, and several cold brew options.
